Yacht Club is located at the entrance of the pristine waters of the
Fleet
activities are planned throughout the year.
If tennis is your game we have members willing to share a set or
two on our courts. For those less athletically inclined and
wishing quieter pursuits, we have games such as bridge, Mah Jongg, bingo
and pinochle available on a regular basis. Casual and formal
parties are monthly events based on a theme central to the time of year.
If you enjoy capping your weekend with more than just fine dining then
Saturday night at the club is for you with live music for you dancing or
listening pleasure.
CHYC is a member of the
Florida Council of Yacht Clubs and members are invited to enjoy
reciprocal privileges at member clubs. Arrive by boat or car to
participate in club activities or just fine dining.

Charlotte Harbor was named by Sail magazine as one of the top 10 list of greatest places to sail in the United States. In addition, we've hosted the "Oh Boy! Oberto Redfish Cup Tournament" numerous times. All in all, Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf Islands are great places to boat and fish.
Charlotte County is home to more than
35 parks, 14 of which are developed and offer a variety of
activities, such as fishing, swimming, shuffleboard,
basketball, baseball, football, playgrounds and nature
trails.
